The Stephen Ministry remains active at Southminster. We continue to have 8 ministers available to provide care for those in need in our congregation and surrounding community.

Our major concern is finding those people that could use a Stephen Minister in their life. Please communicate with any of the ministers in our congregation if you sense a need, either for yourself or a friend or family member. Many of our ministers have become a bit frustrated by the lack of a care receiver, but then maybe in the overall scheme of things that is a good thing that not many people are going through difficult times. We are all eager to help those in need by listening and being there for support. Our 8 Stephen Ministers are: Chris Myers, Elaine Hulsman, Janet Coons, Jon Pfendler, Janice Rockey, Karen Mitseff-Medlin, Beth Glover, and John Rockey. Our Stephen Leaders are Dave Green and John Rockey.
