SPECIAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
MARCH 13, 2011 11:30 AM CHURCH SANCTUARY
Moderator: Rev. Dr. Gregory L. Glover
The meeting was called to order by the moderator.
The meeting was opened with prayer by Pastor Glover.
Clerk of Session Julia Luebkeman was appointed Secretary.
A quorum was declared by the Secretary.
Pastor Glover informed those present that the purpose of the meeting was to elect an Associate Pastor Nominating Committee. Pastor Glover explained the process for electing the APNC.
The session placed the following names into nomination for the Associate Pastor Nominating Committee:
Kristin Calvert, Elaine Hulsman, Brian Lock, Pam Sapoff, and Gary Straber.
There being no other nominations from the floor, the congregation voted unanimously to elect those named above to the Associate Pastor Nominating Committee.
The meeting was closed with prayer by Pastor Glover.
