Agenda Approved: by consensus

Treasurer’s report was made available by e-mail.

Elder John Koeller moved that the minutes from the regular session meeting on March 8, 2011 be approved as written. The motion was seconded and approved.

Pastor Glover informed session he would be out of town on Sunday May 1st which would be a regular communion day. Discussion if should be moved to the 8th or skip all together. Elder Conrad Rockey moved that communion be canceled for the month of May. The motion was seconded and approved.

Communion is scheduled for Sunday, June 5, 2011. Serving teams # 3 & 1.

The next regular session meeting May 10 was canceled and will be held at retreat, May 13-15, if anything necessary comes up, making Tuesday June 14, 2011 at 7:00pm the next regular meeting time.

Elder John Koeller moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded and approved.

Meeting was closed in prayer by Pastor Glover.
