Maundy Thursday: One Great Hour of Sharing

"Do you love me? ... Feed my sheep."

How many things can you do in a given week that will create lasting change around the world? As Presbyterians, together, we have already done much as our gifts have been used by the Holy Spirit to transform the lives of individuals and communities struck by war, disaster, and poverty. One Great Hour of Sharing has already made it possible for us to change our world and our gifts this year have the potential to make an even greater difference in the lives of many.

Like the vast majority of Presbyterian congregations, our congregation receives One Great Hour of Sharing offerings. Our missions committee recently designated the February end-of-month missions offering for this work...and we will distribute the "fish" for collecting change this Sunday. We encourage you to bring the OGHS fish back, filled with your offerings, and to contribute to the offering at the dinner on Maundy Thursday (April 1, 6:30 pm).
